Introduction
Teaching is both a science as much as an Art. VET educators need to constantly hone their digital competences to lead their classes in online environments taking full advantage of technological capabilities.
The purpose of this course is to facilitate the acquisition of advanced online teaching and learning skills that can empower educators to provide high quality online learning experiences.
The course is designed to support the development of advanced e-learning skills of VET educators and increase their digital readiness. It contains the following modules:

General description
The course is aiming to build on trainers’ online teaching knowledge and experience to improve, expand and enrich their online teaching practice. Upon completion of the course, educators will be able to use effectively online learning platforms Zoom and Microsoft Teams executing advanced instructional strategies.
The course will address the raised need of well-prepared VET educators that could transform their expertise and knowledge in online learning for successful employees empowered with skills corresponding to the new reality and the demanding requirements of the working environment.
